How do I find out how much it costs to move?

You can easily price your move with us by entering the postcodes of your current property and of the destination you’re heading to. Complete the rest of the form on the next page and get a price by clicking on the relevant button. Alternatively, you can call us on 0800 689 1097 to get a price.

Do you cater for long-distance moves?

Yes. Just let us know where you are now, and where you’re heading to. It could mean a move to Scotland or Wales, or a move to the Continent or beyond. We’ll be happy to advise you and provide a quote in every case.

Is my move properly insured?

Yes. You will be reassured to know we have a Goods in Transit insurance policy that will cover your possessions while they are in our vans. Please don’t hesitate to ask for more information if you require extra cover – we’re only too happy to help.

What sort of moves can you accommodate?

Anything from a straightforward man and a van job to completely moving a 5+ bedrooms house. We’ll dispatch a vehicle and the right number of workers to suit your needs. Can you pack for me and provide boxes if I need them?

Yes – we’ve got a wide array of boxes and packing materials designed to protect your possessions, so please ask or specify this option when filling in the quote form. Additionally, our team is experienced in packing all shapes and sizes of possessions, so we can take on the strain for you if you wish.

What size van do I need?

It’s our responsibility to provide you the right size vehicle as long you provided us correct information while calculating the price online or over the phone , a copy of all the information we received from you will be sent to your email address as well.

How long will the move take?

It depends on how far you’re going from one property to the next; however, other factors can also have an effect. We’ll provide you with a better idea when you get in touch.

How do I need to pay for my removal?

We require a 20% deposit to reserve the vehicle and staff for you at the time of booking, and the remaining balance can be paid on the moving day by cash or Bank Transfer.

Can you dismantle my furniture?

We can, but you must request this when you get a quote. If you do not do this, everything must be dismantled prior to our arrival so we can pack everything quickly and efficiently.
